fingerless gloves

i got a phone call from someone in need of a pair of these. i cheated by knitting them on straight needles and sewing them up with a sewing machine.
sewing machine+knits=happy renee
and happy owner of new gloves!! yay!
and this was a commissioned piece! yep... even better.

wish list scratch off

yay!!! i got it! i got it! as i dance around the living room! i can stop stalking the postman.. my 2nd issue of R2 is here... whoa and it's weird. graph patterns and the metric system but everything will be fine. they do an excellent job explaining and even give you a ton of variations. i'll be making my own bizzarro knit patterns in no time.. i will..dammit.
